All orders are shipped from Seoul, Korea.
We ship worldwide, except for specific restricted areas.

We offer standard and express shipping through Korea Post EMS.
Processing Time

▪︎ If your order includes custom-made items or jewelry, processing may take total 1-2 weeks.
▪︎ Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. These will be calculated at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages
▪︎ We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Exchange & Refund
Eligibility for Exchange & Returns
▪︎ To initiate a return, the return request must be completed via contact@chiyagi.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
▪︎ Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
▪︎ Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
▪︎ Certain items, such as custom orders, final sale products, and personal hygiene items, are not eligible for returns.
▪︎ We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
▪︎ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
▪︎ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items
▪︎ Products that are returned 3 days after the delivery date.
▪︎ Sale items, pre-orders, and custom-made products. Jewelry, accessories, and miscellaneous items (such as socks, hats, tights, etc.), vintage products.
▪︎ Products with damaged packaging or missing tags.
▪︎ Items that are soiled, have odors (such as sweat, perfume, diffuser scents), or show signs of stretching or wrinkles that make them unsuitable for resale.
▪︎ Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Additional Information
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
